That's Not Allowed Here
Bellies to Bellies is a marketplace for women’s maternity and nursing clothing and accessories.
Please refrain from listing items that do not fall into these categories, as they clutter the marketplace and make shopping more difficult and less enjoyable for others.
In general, pre-owned items can be listed on Bellies to Bellies if they are clean and in good condition. All items must be clearly and accurately represented.
Bellies to Bellies strictly prohibits the sale of illegal items, including but not limited to replicas or fakes, products derived from threatened or extinct species*, anything requiring a prescription, medical products / items making medical claims (for example N95 masks), misrepresented Native American or American Indian arts and crafts, and stolen goods. Members who buy, list, or otherwise attempt to sell such illegal items risk immediate and permanent suspension from Bellies to Bellies. Note, using a brand name to falsely describe or promote an item violates trademark law, even if the item is not explicitly "counterfeit". For example, the use of the words "inspired by" followed by a brand (for example "inspired by Chanel") is prohibited on our platform. Additionally, taking portions of branded items (for example, a button from an authentic designer jacket) and re-purposing / hand-making them into other items like jewelry, is also prohibited on our platform.
Bellies to Bellies also prohibits the sale of items that cannot be shipped using our shipping label type per USPS regulations. Visit USPS for more information on what cannot be shipped.
We do not condone the buying or selling of electronics outside of the categories available on Bellies to Bellies, DVDs, furniture, appliances, used personal care products, used underwear, any health and wellness products (examples include diet supplements, protein powder, body wraps and breast pumps). Any listings in these categories will be deleted. Members who repeatedly attempt to sell such items risk permanent suspension from Bellies to Bellies.
