Shipping & Returns
Orders placed before 5 pm PST will ship on the NEXT BUSINESS DAY. All of our shipments are made through USPS Mail and are a flat rate of $6 or $9 depending on the size of the order.
- 0-2lbs $6
- 2-8lbs $9
If your package is returned as being undeliverable, you will be responsible for all associated shipping charges.
Local Pick-Up - Las Vegas, North Las Vegas and Henderson
We offer the option to pick up your items if you live in the Greater Las Vegas Areas. At checkout, use the Local Customer Pick-Up Shipping Option. Please then contact us to discuss when you will pick up the item(s) at our processing location that will be sent to you in a return email.
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from us. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please follow the steps below and we will gladly accept returns or exchanges on most items.
Contact us within 5 days of receiving your items by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide us with your invoice number on your packing slip.
If you are a US customer, we will email you a pre-paid shipping label to the email address provided at checkout. Please do not ship items without the pre-paid label because we are unable to reimburse customer-paid shipping charges. If you are an international customer, you are responsible for any return shipping charges.
Once we receive your shipment, we will issue a full refund in your original form of payment, excluding original shipping charges. If your purchase was sent using a free shipping code, your refund will be reduced by the actual shipping charges for the returned items.
Returns must be unworn, undamaged, and have the original Bellies to Bellies and/or the brand label tag(s) attached.
Items that do not meet our return policy stated above will not be eligible for a refund.
Please contact us if you do not receive the pre-paid label by email within 2 business days of your return request.
